40 Degrees will be competing in the RORC Caribbean 600, starting on the 22nd February. The interesting course takes the fleet from Antigua, to a mark off Barbuda, then around Nevis, Saba, St Barths, St Martin, Guadeloupe, the mark off Barbuda, around Redonda and back to Antigua. There will be a lot of manoeuvres and not much sleep on this scenic race.

Miranda will be racing this event with Niall Dowling, Michael Boyd and John Patrick Cunningham.

Niall Dowling and Michael Boyd are Irish and have been campaigning offshore over several years, most recently two-handed. They were winners of the Psipsina Trophy in 2008 in the RORC's double-handed series. John Patrick Cunningham is originally from the US, living and sailing mostly in Massachusetts and California. He has crewed in Bermuda races, transatlantic races, as well as smaller series around the US.
