The date after which a late entry fee is charged and the latest date by whcih a valid Rating or Class Certificate shall be issued to the boat. |

All competing yachts are required to be in attendance in Falmouth/English Harbour by this date. |

At the Antigua Yacht Club - Events Centre. Two representatives from each boat only. |

| Monday 23rd February - 1050 | First Warning Signal |
The start line is taken from Fort Charlotte and spectators can get a wonderful view of the start from there, or from Shirley Heights. Monday 23rd - Friday 27th February the Antigua Yacht Club bar will remain open for all competitors and their supporters. Refreshments will be available for crews as they cross the finish line! |
