We are having a great race. Superb conditions, a touch more wind would help our boat particularly. A whale breached within 100metres of the boat just before we rounded North sails at 1900 local time. The wind has shifted further to the south and at present is 155 degM and we are expecting more south during the race. There is some good news from this, the expected beat to S. Barts now looks like a possible kite reach. The downside being the possible 150 mile beat to Guadeloupe in falling breeze.
